Founder and Director
Adam has worked in health and social care since 2001 and specialises in consultancy, mentoring, Positive Behaviour Support and workforce development.
He works alongside organisations to strengthen services, support leadership teams and develop practical solutions to challenges faced within social care.
Adam has delivered training to over 6,000 staff across the sector and received the National Care Award for Care Trainer in 2018.
Director – Education and Development
Anna brings extensive experience from the education sector, including international teaching across a range of educational settings.
She has taught in international schools in Benin, Myanmar, the USA and South Korea before relocating back to the UK in 2019. Working in international schools provided experience of supporting diverse communities, adapting teaching approaches across cultures and working within varied learning environments.
Alongside her teaching career, Anna has also worked within the voluntary sector and as a Project Manager for a social care organisation, supporting the development and delivery of projects aimed at improving services and support.
Within Innovative Pathways she supports the development of learning resources, training materials and organisational projects. Her background in education helps shape the way learning and development is designed and delivered, ensuring training is engaging, accessible and relevant to staff working within social care services.
Director – Service Insight
Jaime-Lea leads Service Insight work within Innovative Pathways.
Working as a support worker herself, she brings current frontline experience of how supported living and social care services operate day to day.
Her role focuses on helping organisations understand how their services are experienced by people making contact with them.
This may include:
• Making enquiries about services to understand how organisations respond to potential referrals or families seeking support
• Testing communication processes and response times
• Applying for roles to understand how recruitment processes feel from a candidate perspective
• Reviewing how organisations present themselves through websites and communication channels
This work helps organisations understand how accessible and responsive their services appear to people engaging with them.
Director – Service Insight
Maisy also works within the Service Insight area of Innovative Pathways.
As a support worker she understands the realities of working within social care services and brings a practical perspective to this work.
Alongside Jaime-Lea she helps organisations understand how services are experienced by people interacting with them.
This may include:
• Contacting services to understand how enquiries are handled
• Testing recruitment processes by applying for roles
• Reviewing how organisations communicate with potential staff or families
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen accessibility and communication
Administrator
Sue supports the day-to-day administration of Innovative Pathways.
Her role includes supporting communication with organisations, managing enquiries and helping ensure the smooth running of consultancy and training work.
This support helps ensure that projects, training sessions and consultancy work are organised efficiently.
