How can we help you?
Organisations usually get in touch when something isn’t quite working as it should, or when they want to strengthen services and support their staff teams to feel more confident.
Innovative Pathways works alongside organisations to understand the situation, identify what is happening in practice and develop practical solutions that support both staff and the people receiving support.
Support is always tailored to the organisation, but common areas where organisations seek support include:
• Services experiencing high numbers of incidents or behaviours that challenge
• Staff teams who would benefit from support to better understand behaviour and respond with confidence
• Managers who are new to their role or leading services through complex situations
• Services preparing for inspection or looking to strengthen quality and consistency
• Organisations wanting to develop or embed Positive Behaviour Support approaches
• Services looking to improve support planning and risk assessment documentation
• Organisations developing new supported living services or strengthening existing services
• Leadership teams wanting independent insight into how services operate in practice
• Service Insight Reviews exploring how organisations respond to enquiries, referrals and recruitment processes
In many cases organisations initially seek support in one area — such as training, mentoring or service insight — and this often develops into wider consultancy and service improvement work over time.
Innovative Pathways Ltd provides focused, outcome-led support to services that need to improve, stabilise or move forward.
Our work is structured around clearly defined projects. We assess what is happening within a service, identify where changes are needed, and support teams to implement practical approaches that improve day-to-day delivery.
We work alongside managers and staff to bring clarity, consistency and direction, particularly where services are experiencing challenges or where a clear plan is needed.
Our support is delivered flexibly around the needs of the service. This may include work outside of standard hours, such as evenings, weekends and bank holidays, particularly where services require timely input or are experiencing periods of instability.
Support is not based on providing additional staffing or ongoing presence. Instead, we focus on delivering targeted input that leads to sustainable change within the service.
