We do not work on day rates or hourly support.

The ranges below reflect typical investment levels based on the scope and complexity of each project.

Stabilise a Service

Support for services experiencing high levels of incidents, inconsistency or risk of breakdown.

Includes on-site input, review of current practice and practical guidance for staff.

£8,000 – £15,000

Inspection Readiness and Quality Improvement

Focused review and support to improve service quality, systems and day-to-day practice.

£5,000 – £12,000

Tender and Bid Writing Support

End-to-end support with tender submissions, including structured responses aligned to evaluation criteria.

£12,000 – £18,000

PBS Intensive Support

Targeted Positive Behaviour Support where current approaches are not achieving the right outcomes.

£7,500 – £12,500

Service Setup and Development

Support with new services or significant changes to existing provision.

Strategic Advisory Support

Ongoing input to senior leadership teams, delivered against agreed priorities.
